Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from R.O.W. - Rock on Water. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to help.

 

RETURNS

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original, unused condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rockonwater.ca with your order number.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: food and beverage products, personal care and apothecary items, and earrings. Sale items are final sale unless defective.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rockonwater.ca with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

 

IN-STORE RETURNS

Items purchased online may also be returned in person at our store: R.O.W. - Rock on Water, 202 Water Street, St. John's, NL.
