Free shipping on orders of $175 or more
Orders of $175 or more ship free anywhere in Canada.
The $175 is based on the items in your cart. Shipping itself doesn't count toward it.

These are flat rates, and they're the same everywhere in Canada, including Newfoundland and Labrador.
How it works with Village buildings
Our Newfoundland Christmas Village buildings are $39.99 each. Five of them come to $199.95, so they ship free anywhere in Canada. Here's how it adds up, before tax:
- 1 building: $39.99 + $20 shipping = $59.99
- 2 buildings: $79.98 + $30 shipping = $109.98
- 3 buildings: $119.97 + $30 shipping = $149.97
- 4 buildings: $159.96 + $30 shipping = $189.96
- 5 buildings: $199.95 with free shipping = $199.95
- 6 buildings: $239.94 with free shipping = $239.94
Four buildings with shipping cost $189.96. Add a fifth and shipping is free, so the extra building adds only $9.99 to your total. Local? Pick up free at 202 Water Street.
Free pickup at 202 Water Street
If you're in St. John's, choose pickup at checkout (it shows as "202 Water Street") and you pay nothing for shipping. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.

- Store hours: Monday to Saturday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Sunday 12 to 5 pm. Holiday hours may differ.
Where we ship
We ship anywhere in Canada, to every province and territory. We don't ship outside Canada right now. For international questions, email info@rockonwater.ca.
How long it takes
Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days by Canada Post, UPS or Purolator. In the Christmas rush it can take a few days longer. Once your order leaves us, delivery usually takes:
- Newfoundland and Labrador: 2 to 5 business days
- Rest of Canada: 5 to 10 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. For Christmas gifts, please order early. We'll email you a tracking number once your order ships.
If something arrives damaged
If something arrives broken or damaged, email info@rockonwater.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the box. Please keep the packaging until we've sorted it out. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Returns
- You can return items within 14 days of the purchase date. They must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached.
- To start a return, email info@rockonwater.ca with your order number. You can also bring online orders back to us at 202 Water Street.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
- Exchanges for a different size or colour are available while stock lasts.
- We can't accept returns on food and beverages, personal care and apothecary items, or earrings. Sale items are final sale unless defective.
